Darren A. Mason Sr. serves as the Program Coordinator for the Founder Accelerator Network Group (FANG) with the Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Florida A&M University. In this role, he supports entrepreneurs and small business owners through structured incubation and accelerator programming designed to strengthen leadership capacity, operational readiness, and sustainable business growth.

With more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, entrepreneurship, workforce training, and community economic development, Darren brings a formation-first approach to helping founders move from survival mode into strategic execution.
