An intensive, hands-on workshop, the How to Write a Business Plan course instructs participants on the purpose, structure and content of a business plan. Designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to write their own business plan, attendees will actually complete an outline of their business plan during the workshop. The topics include the purpose of a business plan as well as the main content headers of a business plan; including the executive summary, business structure, products and/or services, marketing and sales programs, management plan and the business financial statements. Accordingly, the participants will produce a useful, viable outline of their business plan as a result of participating in the workshop.
